The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
The President, on behalf of the Supporters Club congratulated Mr S Garton on his golden wedding celebration. In reply Mr Garton thanked all for their good wishes.
The Secretary was instructed to obtain a supply of the January edition of ‘The Supporters’.
The President was deputed to interview the officials of the Bradford City A.F.C. re stewards for cup tie on Jan 26th/35. Also to interview the Band officials re collection at match for A Peachey.

Re The Supporters
Proposed Mr Warner seconded Nr Powell that items of news and interest re Bradford City Supporters Club be supplied to the Editor of this paper. Mr Woodhouse undertook to attend to this matter.
Benefit Match for A Peachey
Proposed Mr Warner seconded Mr Smith that expensed in connection with the Band for this game be paid by Bradford City Supporters Club in the total collections be given to the Benefit Fund.
Testimonial to Mr A Hey
Following an explanation of the financial position of the Club by the treasurer it was decided to donate £5. This money to be used to obtain new shares in the Bradford City A.F.C. at the recipients request.

The Treasurer was asked to do the necessary re purchase shares in Bradford City A.F.C. for presentation to Mr Hey.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
Letters was read from Bradford City A.F.C. re collection of March 30th for the ‘Fisherman’s Immediate Fund’ enquiring as to the arrangements made for A Mitchell’s Benefit Match on April 13. The Treasurer was instructed to pass forward to Bradford city A.F.C. cheque for £3 to represent collection for A Mitchell’s Benefit Fund was decided upon as follows: expenses in connection with the ban for this game to be paid by the Bradford City Supporters Club and the total collection to be given to the Benefit Fund.
Proposed Mr Woodhouse seconded Mr Simpson and carried, that £100 (One Hundred Pounds) be forwarded to Bradford City A.F.C. towards Grounds Purchase.
Annual General Meeting was fixed for Monday May 20/35 8.00pm.

The meeting observed a high silence as a respect to members who had passed away during the last year.
The minutes of the last Annual General Meeting were read and adopted on proposal of Mr Warner seconded Mr Smith
Mr Woodhouse presented a statement of accounts showing the financial affairs of the Club during the last year and pointing out that the £100 donated towards the Ground Purchase Scheme brought the Supporters Club contribution for this effort to £1,000. Proposed Mr Krause seconded Mr Schofield and carried that the statement of accounts be passed.
The Secretary reported briefly on the activities of the Club and the work of the various Sub-Committees during the last season.

Vice Presidents Messrs. Chell, Garton, Krause, Warner, Thompson and Sturgess
Committee Messrs. Hay, Smith, Knowles, Robson, Powell, Allen and Kendall (for 1 year) in place of Warner – made Vice President
Honorarium of £5 to the Secretary was proposed by Mr Thompson seconded by Mr Krause and carried.
Proposed Mr Warner seconded Mr Linton that the meetings but wishes be passed forwarded to the new manager of Bradford City. Mr R Ray and an assurance of the loyal support of the Bradford City Supporters Club.
Suggestion was made that the Supporters Club make efforts to promote an interworks competition during next season.
The President Mr G A Gadie in his address to the meeting, offered the very best thanks to all who had worked for and helped with the Clubs efforts during the year. He expressed a hope that the Club would next year be able to report an increase in membership and that the raising of funds and work that the Club was doing would be more than maintained.
Mr Warner proposed Mr Krause seconded a hearty vote of thanks to Mr Gadie for presiding at this meeting.

The meeting paid respect to the late Mr W Robson
The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
Arrangements with reference to the appointment of a Band for season 1935/35 were discussed; and the President was asked to attend to the necessary arrangements and given permission to act on behalf of the Club.
The Sub-Committee to deal with sale of team cards, hire of cushions and Band collection were elected as follows: Messrs. Warner, Krause, Hay, Linton, Powell and Sturgess.
Stewards were also appointed as follows: Centre Stands: W Smith, Outside Grounds Duties: Messrs. Simpson and Knowles.
Entertainments Sub-Committee was appointed as follows: Messrs Simpson, Knowles, Priestley, Powell and Hay.
It was decided to include fixture lists in membership cards and to obtain a supply of ‘Steward’ badges to replace some of the ‘Collection’ badges at present in all. Mr Woodhouse was asked to do the necessary.
The meeting discussed matters in connection with raising funds during the ensuing season.
Next meeting was arranged for 2nd Monday in September i.e. Sept 9/35.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
Mr Gadie reported regarding arrangements made with the Canal Ironworks (Parkinsons) Silver Prize Band for the ensuing season.
Mr Woodhouse reported with referece to workshops competition.
The Secretary was instructed to the necessary re ordered supplies of the ‘Supporter’.
The meeting discussed the matter of the supply of refreshments to be obtained on match days at house, the property of Bradford City A.F.C. in Burlington Terrace.
Mr Warner gave his report re the Annual Conference of the Federation of Supporters Clubs at Sheffield, for which he was accorded the meetings best thanks on the proposal of Mr Simpson seconded Mr Thompson.
Matters regarding Band collection and cushion hire were left with the respective Sub-Committee to deal with.

The Secretary was instructed to write to the management of the Bradford City A.F.C. assuring them of the loyal support of this organisation and of our best wishes for the future success of the Club.

Letter was read from the Bradford City A.F.C. offering thanks on behalf of the board and staff for the Supporters Clubs expression of best wishes and loyal support.
The Secretary was instructed to do the necessary regarding the purchase of new sacks for the handling of the cushions in line on match days.
The meeting discussed matters in connection with the raising of funds during the current year.

The Secretary was instructed to do the necessary with reference to arrangements with the Royal L.S.P. Band for the annual collection for the Ground Purchase Fund. March 14/36 (Doncaster Rovers) fixture was decided upon to be asked for.
Proposed Mr. Woodhouse seconded Mr Warner that the Club promote amongst its members a draw on the Grand National Steeplechase 1936. This was carried, and the necessary formulation and procedure discussed.
