In view of the loss sustained this season on the Bands collections the Secretary was instructed to write the Bands officials in an endeavour to make fresh terms for the remainder of the season.
Dance and Whist Drives
Decided that these be left over for this season.
Insurance on Grounds Office
Proposed Mr Warner seconded Mr hey that this be renewed.
General Meeting held in Club Rooms

The minutes of the last general meeting were read and confirmed.
The Treasurer submitted draft balance sheet which subject to audit was proposed by Mr Linton seconded Mr Krause and carried.
The Treasurer announced that a further £100 had that year being handed to the Bradford City A.F.C. towards the Grounds Purchase.
Messrs. King and Blagborough were appointed as scrutinees for election of officers.
The following were elected officers for season 1934/35:-

Vice Presidents: Messrs. Chell, Garton, Denby, Krause, Thompson and Sturgess
Committee: Simpson, Warner, Linton, Schofield, Moore and Priestley
Honararium of £5 to Secretary was proposed Mr Thompson seconded Mr Ganton and carried.
Proposed Mr Simpson to Mr Woodhouse for his work as Treasurer and for the Supporters Club generally.
Suggested that fixture lists be included in membership cards.
Several matters re ground improvements were bought forward for the attention of the Committee.
Mr G A Gadie thanks all of his being again elected as President.
On behalf of the Supporters Club Mr Gadie offered very vest thanks to all who had worked and helped during the past season and expressed a hope that season 1934/35 would be a successful one both for the Bradford City A.F.C. and the Supporters Club.
Mr Warner proposed and Mr Garton seconded a hearty vote of thanks to the President, Mr Gadie for presiding at this meeting.
Proposed Mr Krause seconded Mr Priestley that non attendance of officials at 3 consecutive meetings of the Committee, except where the Secretary be informed of reason of absence, result in the relinquishing of their office.

The minutes of the last meting were read and confirmed.
Following a suggestion from the Chairman of the Bradford City A.F.C. to Mr Woodhouse proposed Mr Simpson see Mr Krause that 2 new flags be obtained and presented to the Bradford City A.F.C.
The president along with the Secretary and Treasurer were instructed to discuss arrangement in engaging of Band for coming season.
The Secretary was instructed to thank the Apperley Bridge Section for efforts and contribution to the Club funds.
Proposed Mr Krause seconded Mr Robson that congratulations and best wishes be offered to Mr A Hey from the Supporters Club on his re-joining the Board of Directors of the Bradford City A.F.C.
The Sub-Committee to deal with sale of team cards, cushions, and Band collection were re-elected ? (223) Messrs. Robson, Powell, Hay, Warner, Linton and Knowles.
Stewards were also appointed as follows: ?(224) stand: Mr Smith, Outside Ground Duties: Messrs. Simspon and Knowles.
Entertainment Sub-Committee was appointed as follows: Messrs Simpson, Powell, Priestley, Hay (224)
Proposed Mr Krause see Mr Powell that half dozen new sacks required in connection with distribution of cushions be obtained.
The Secretary was instructed to do the necessary re donation from the Band for distribution amongst Band collectors.
The Secretary reported on the Annual Conference of the National Federation of Football Supporters Clubs held in Leeds Saturday June 30/34. Mr Warner also attended at this conference as official delegate.

The President reported to the meeting regarding arrangement made with the Band for ensuing season.
Proposed Mr Krause seconded Mr Robson that accounts from Messrs. Allen Signs Limited and A Thompson be paid.
The Secretary was instructed to do the necessary re the monthly collection of the National Federation of Supporters Clubs.

Mr Warner was deputed to attend meeting of the Northern Section of the National Federation of Supporters Clubs in Manchester Oct 20/34.
Proposed Mr Krause seconded Mr Allen that subscription, quota expenses due to National Federation of Supporters Club be paid.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed.
The Secretary was instructed to obtain the 50 copies of the November edition of The ‘Supporter’ on the terms mentioned in the circular of Nov 1/34.
Mr Warner’s report re the meeting in Manchester of the Northern Band of the National Federation of Supporters Clubs on Oct 20/34 was deferred until the December meeting.
Suggested that when stewards are required in connection with reserved seat ticket holders, the management of the Bradford City A.F.C be approached with a view to the work being done voluntary by stewards appointed from the Supporters Club.

The Secretary was instructed to offer expression of sympathy to the Chairman of the Bradford City A.F.C. Mr Driver on his recent bereavement.
Also to thank ??? 228 for supplying canvas bags for use for the line of cushion services.
Mr J Warner and Mr S Garton were appointed Honorary Life Members of the Bradford City Supporters Club in appreciation of their work and services for the Club. Mr Warner and Mr Garton in replies expressed their thanks for the appointments.
Mr Warner gave his report and the meeting in Manchester of the Northern Bradford of the National Federation of Football Supporters Club on Oct 30/34, or which he was accorded the best thanks of the meeting ,on the proposal of Mr Smith seconded Mr Krause.
Testimonial to Mr A Hey
It was decided made a presentation to Mr Hey as a expression of appreciation of his long and valued work and interest in the Bradford City Supporters Club. Mr Hey having intimated a wash that any gift offered to him be in the form of something that would also be of benefit to the Bradford City Football Club, it was decided that a presentation of a number of shares in the Bradford City A.F.C. be made.
The President Mr Gadie, the Treasurer Mr Woodhouse and Mr Gardon were appointed as a Sub-Committee to meet a suc-Committee from the Social Section of the Club, who wished to be associated with this testimonial, to discuss and fix up the matters.
