Moved Mr Ackrill that we have bills printed seconded by Mr Chell and fixed on the Supporters Saloons for Trip to Stockport Feb 2/1929.
Interworks 1929
Moved Mr Chell that we let the interworks seconded Mr Wormald Competition lapse for this season.
Carnival Dance 1/3/29
Moved Mr Simpson that we accept by Heys proposal seconded Mr Knowles re Carnival Dance and on Friday March 1st 1929 and the price of admission be 3/-.
Sub-Committee Re Dance
Moved by Warner that a Sub-Committee be appointed is lead Mr Ackrill, Mr Simpson, Mr Knowles and Mr Moore.
General Meeting 1929
Moved Mr Ackrill that the annual general meeting seconded for members be held in the Club rooms Thornclife Road ion February 25/1929 at 8.00pm.

Mr Hey President presided over a gather of 43 members.
Minutes
The minutes of the last general meeting were read and confirmed and the proposal of Mr Powell seconded by Mr Garton.
Balance Sheet
The balance sheet was presented by the Secretary on behalf of the Treasurer Mr Womersley. Same being carried on the proposal of Mr Hey seconded by Mr Rowan a few supported remarks was made by Mr Garton on the hearted efforts made by the supporters, same being supported by the show of hands all being delighted, with same.
Secretary’s Report
The Secretary’s report was very quick apologies being accepted from him re proper report and the few remarks he made he was delighted with all the Committee for the splendid way they had supported him.
Ladies Section
A special vote of thanks was passed to the Ladies Section on the proposal of Mr Hey seconded by Mr Simpson.

A special vote of thanks was passed Mr Kitchingman for the splendid service he as given in auditing the books.
Testimonial to Mr Woodhouse
In the proposal of Mr Warner and seconded by that a testimonial be given to our Secretary Mr T L Woodhouse for the splendid services he as given to the Bradford City Supporters Club.
A Sub-Committee was formed to interview Mr Woodhouse re same and these were i.e. Mr Warner, Mr Hey and Mr Simpson.
Chairman
A special vote of thanks was accorded to the Chairman Mr Hey on the proposal Mr Garton and seconded by Mr Warner. Great appreciation from all. Mr Hey’s brief remarks thanking all for their thanks as it was always a pleasure to him.

Resignation of our President Mr Hey
Moved Mr Thompson seconded Mr Chell that we accept Mr Heys resignation as President of the Club with regret and that our very best thanks be given to him for the able manner, in which he as assisted us in every way, with remarks from Mr Warner and Mr Woodhouse.
Banquet and Community Rooms May 9/1929
Moved that a banquet be moved at the Community Rooms May 9/1929 in commemoration of our achievements the honour of promotion to the second division of 1929/30 seconded.

Moved Mr Ackrill seconded Mr Chell that a Sub-Committee be formed re banquet and those chosen are i.e. Mr Heys, Mr Woodhouse, (Mr Ackrill, Mr Simpson, Mr Warner) and Mr Moore.
Admission to Above
Moved Mr Smith seconded Mr Simpson that a charge 6/6 for supporters and 6/6 a couple man and wife for the Committee also a charge of 2/6 for dance tickets.

Moved and seconded Mr Simpson that we leave the matter of President over to the next meeting.

Moved Mr Krause seconded Mr Garton that the vote re membership fee for the social Club be adhered to as made by the house Committee.

Team Cards
The Secretary reported re help required for the sale of team cards and 2nd team cards. Plenty of volunteers.
Photos of Treasurer
Proposed Mr Chell seconded Mr Krause that we purchase 1,000 post cards of the City Team these to be sold by the supporters. Ammendment by Mr Garton seconded Mr Brown that we get 500. The amendment was successful.
Supporters Club Future and the City
Moved Mr Brown seconded Mr Ackrill that a Sub-Committee be appointed to interview the City Football Club Committee the names put forward for same are Mr Gadie, Mr Woodhouse, Mr Weller, Mr Moore.
1929 and 30 Season Tickets
Moved Mr Ackrill seconded Mr Knowles that the matter re this seasons tickets be left on the table.
